Terms of Service

Effective date: March 14, 2026

These terms govern your use of audiclip. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use audiclip.

What audiclip is

audiclip is an ad-supported, AI-powered podcast platform. You connect content sources (like Pocket, Instapaper, or Twitter/X), and our AI generates audio podcast episodes from your saved content. Each user gets a public station with an RSS feed that works with standard podcast apps.

Episodes include sponsored content and advertisements. This is how audiclip stays free. By using the service, you understand and agree that ads and sponsored segments will be included in your generated episodes.

Your account

What you give us

When you connect a content source or submit URLs, you direct audiclip to access and process that content through our AI pipeline. You represent and warrant that:

You grant audiclip a worldwide, royalty-free license to access, process, transform, and create derivative works from any content you submit or direct audiclip to access, for the purpose of operating and improving the service. This license ends when you delete your account, except for content already incorporated into generated episodes.

What we create

audiclip generates podcast episodes using AI based on the content sources you select. You pick what goes in — we make the podcast. The generated audio, scripts, and related materials are created by audiclip and remain audiclip’s intellectual property. Your reading list and station configuration belong to you.

We grant you a non-exclusive license to listen to and share your episodes via your station’s RSS feed and public station page. This license exists for as long as your account is active.

audiclip may use generated content for any lawful purpose, including distribution, marketing, and service improvement.

Ads and sponsored content

audiclip is a free, ad-supported service. By using audiclip, you consent to the following:

Public stations

By default, your station is public. This means your station page and RSS feed are accessible to anyone on the internet. Your episodes, station name, and profile information are publicly visible.

Private stations may be offered as a paid feature in the future.
